<흔(痕)>
흙을 형태 구현의 수단이 아닌, 시간과 압력, 반복을 기억하는 물질로 바라보는 인식에서 출발했다. 흙판을 밀고 반으로 접는 과정에서 압력을 견디지 못하고 터져나온 옆구리만을 잘라 피스로 사용했다. 각 피스는 하나의 시간 단위로 서로 기대어 구조를 이루고, 그 축적은 일상과 노동이 개인의 존재를 형성하는 과정을 은유한다. 완결된 형상보다, 쌓여온 행위의 기록으로서 형태를 제시하는 작업이다.

This work begins from viewing clay not as a means of realizing form, but as a material that remembers time, pressure, and repetition. In the process of pressing and folding a slab of clay in half, only the ruptured edges — unable to withstand the pressure — were cut away and used as individual pieces. Each piece leans against the others as a single unit of time, forming a structure whose accumulation metaphorically embodies how daily life and labor shape individual existence. Rather than presenting a completed form, this work offers form as a record of accumulated action.
